Support the Future of Cybersecurity
To adequately bridge the gap in cybersecurity education, there is a pressing need for STEM students to experience hands-on and real-world application of their knowledge. The Cyber Defense Center’s mission is to provide students with curriculum and content that provides and/or augments STEM knowledge and skills, in addition to leadership, teaming, and communication skills to enhance their learning, growth, and passion to pursue STEM programs and careers.
Our efforts to address the fundamental gap in STEM education, which is the ability and opportunity to apply the concepts and theories taught in this quickly and ever-changing field, can’t take effect unless we have the support of those in our community.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, your generous financial donations are tax-deductible. (Please consult a tax professional or the IRS for specifics on tax-deductible contributions.)
In addition to monetary donations, the CDC welcomes various types of logistical equipment for SOC operations such as:
- Desks and chairs
- Servers/switches/routers
- USB drives
- Hard drives
If you want to contribute to improving the fundamental gap in STEM education but are not in a position to contribute to expenses or logistics/equipment, there are several types of volunteer opportunities available. Please contact us below for more info.
